Pazhaya Sreekanteswaram Temple

Lord Shiva in all his glory, blesses you at the Pazhaya Sreekanteswaram Temple in Thiruvananthapuram! As one of the historic Shiva temples in Kerala dating back to the ninth century AD the linga of Sreekanteswara is believed to have been mounted by Sree Parashurama. The  Sreekanteswaram Temple is located just outside the “North Fort” in Thiruvananthapuram.

Opening Hours: 5:00–9:00am, 5:00–8:00pm ; Time Required:  1 – 2 hours

Entry Fees: no entry fee; Holidays: open 365 days
