A palace which is a rare specimen of craftsmanship! The Kuthira Malika or the Puthenmalika Palace Museum has on display valuable antique collections of the royal family. Maharaja Swathi Thirunal Balarama Varma built it in Travancore-style architecture & the antique collection of Kathakali figures, elegant furniture, Belgian mirrors & paintings delight the visitors. The prime attractions of the Museum are the two royal thrones. Swathi Thirnual music festival is held here each January.

Entry Fees: 10 per person (ind) , 3 per children , 20 per foreigners & 15 per cameras; Holidays: Mondays
