You are greeted on arrival at the Kochi international airport /railway station and transfer to hotel. Afternoon proceed for half day sightseeing of Cochin. Attraction include Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St.Francis church, Chinese fishing net & The indo-Portuguese Museum. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin - Guruvayoor
After breakfast checkout and proceed Guruvayoor (100 kms 2 hrs 30 min). On arrival have a good darshan at Sri Krishna temple, one of the famous pilgrimage centers of Kerala and later in the afternoon if time permits visit 'Elephant Sanctuary' (Punnathur Kotta), Mural Painting, Kudakalluet. Overnight stay at Guruvayoor.
Day 3: Guruvayoor - Munnar
After Breakfast checkout and proceed to Munnar (180kms 5 hrs 30 min), the beautiful hill station on the Western ghats at about 1600 meters above sea level. Munnar is the center for some of the world's highest tea growing estates. The combination of the craggy peaks, manicured tea estates and Crisp Mountain air makes Munnar an ideal retreat for visitors.
On arrival check in at the hotel and the rest you day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 4: Munnar
After Breakfast explore Munnar, this is town is situated at the confluence of the three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. There are also lakes, reservoirs, forests and several tea estates. A must see is the a visit Ernakulam - Rajamala National Park known for its Nilgiri Thar (a mountain Goat) & it is ideal for trekking, This national park is situated in the Munnar forest division. Later visit the Indo Swiss Dairy Farm project, here are about 100 varieties of high yielding cattle are reared. Visit the rose garden. Opposite the Swiss farm is the Mattupaty Lake a beautiful lake surrounded by an excellent golf course. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Munnar - Thekkady
Morning depart to Thekkady (Periyar) (110 kms 3 hrs). On arrival check into the hotel. Later in the afternoon leave for Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary to board the safari boat to view wildlife in their natural habitat. If you’re, lucky you may see Wild Elephants, king cobra, other reptiles, wild boar, sambar, tiger, leopard, wild dog & monkeys. Return to your hotel for overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Thekkady - Alleppey
After having breakfast at the hotel transfer to Alleppey. (160 kms 4 hrs). Check-in to houseboat, day free to enjoy the backwaters, Overnight stay on houseboat at Alleppey
Day 7: Alleppey – Kovalam
After breakfast on houseboat, check out & proceed to Kovalam (190 kms 4 hrs 30 min). On arrival at Kovalam check into Hotel. Rest of the Days at leisure on the beach at Kovalam enjoy the scene of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands in Kerala -Gods own country. OverNight stay at Hotel, Kovalam.
Day 8: Kovalam – Trivandrum - Kovalam
Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Trivandrum after breakfast - an ancient city with a tradition dating back to 1000 BC. This capital city of Kerala is a beautiful seaside metropolis built on seven hills. It is located on the west coast of India spreading over a total area of 2,192 sq.km. Sightseeing tour is comprehensive with the visits to Padmanabhaswami Temple, Srichitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Zoo. After sightseeing headback to Kovalam for overnight stay.
Day 9: Kovalam - Cochin
After breakfast checkout and proceed to Cochin (240 kms 5 hrs). On arrival, transfer to the airport / railway station to continue with your onward journey.
